the picture isn't that great because you can't see the body, only the head and front legs. i believe you said your going to a petsmart right? i would be very wary about them. they like to shaved dogs there. The shih tzu in that picture appears to be in a 1 inch puppy cut.
you also need to remember that the shih tzu has a different coat then a yorkie. unless your yorkie is a cotton coat he will not end up looking like that shih tzu.
