They do dream, so possibly he is having bad or sad dreams. I think I'd wake him. Twice in Kacee's life I've heard her howl the most mournful howl I've ever heard and I woke her both times and that was it. I've never heard her cry. That's so sad about Nikki. They may just be dreams that don't really mean anything.
