Many tiny Yorkies need emergency c-sections. It is very risky to breed a four pound Yorkie. Reputable breeders don't breed them unless they are five pounds.
If either she or the male have larger Yorkies in their background, the puppies could be too large for her to carry and deliver safely. If you lose her, you will have to bottle feed the puppies around the clock for weeks. You may also face big vet bills for ultrasounds, c-sections, etc.
You need to take her to your vet asap and ask his opinion about an emergency spay.
