So what you are seeing is not a doggy dreaming but he's shaking? I'm sorry that I misread that he was falling over when he did this. My guess would be hypoglecimia but if you are a breeder then you would know about this. What has the vet said? It does not seem right to me at all. Is it like a seizure?
Is he really tiny? I'm not a vet but I have heard of puppies with a shunt doing this as well.
