2.7 mg per 1 pound of dog is the dose. for a 2 pound dog:

2.7mg X 2lbs = 5.4mg X 1.0cc/120mg = 0.045cc (can round up to 0.05mL)

Revolution states that it is safe up to 10X the recommended dose: see product info sheet.
