You may have said already and I missed it , but how old is she ? This could also be Chiari and not a brain tumor as the symptoms are often the same. MRI is the only way to diagnose Chiari. If she is young the odds are it's Chiari and that is treatable but not curable however if Chiari she can live a good long life with meds. Is your vet familiar with Chiari ? Do a search for Chiari malformation in dogs. It can also give false symptoms of liver shunt.
