I see as red flags that
I wouldn't look for when choosing a breeder. Mixing breeds/multiple breeds, even mixing 3 breeds together!
Plus, I'm always leary when a dog is only guaranteed against life threatening issues only. There are lots of things that can plague Yorkies that are not life threatening (like LP) that a breeder should guarantee against, IMO.
