I think it's good right now that you are getting something into him. I'm not sure if soup is the best - probably has a bit too much sodium but most important thing right now is to get him eating. Boiled chicken, carrots are fine. I actually feed a raw diet. Maybe he just doesn't like the dog food you purchased? Little stinker! I think you can bring it back if they don't like it though. Maybe he is used to eating canned food? Just a thought.... Good luck!
