Congratulations on your growing brood, we've recently added a Chi to our two yorkies and its a little choaotic around here. She was free fed by her breeder so it took a bit to transition her to scheduled feeding as if I left food down all the time my male would eat himself into a stuper. To start with we offered her a little food every couple of hours , it took about 7-10 days for her to realise it wasn't staying down, now as soon as its down she's in there, although she's starting to learn the difference between her bowl and the other dogs and will sit and wait now.
We used to have 8 yorkies so with so many dogs routine is everything. |
