If you are going to calculate this yourself, you need to understand that the dosage is mg and the volume is ml.

I don't know where you got the above, but if it says dogs 0-5 lbs get .125 ml then you really will have an issue getting that out of a 3.0 ml vial. In saying it like that there is nothing to do math about....it means .125 of the vial. Period

Now...if you get a dosage of so many mg per lb then you can figure it out by dividing 360 mg into 3 ml to see how many mg are in a ml. In other words.....120 mg are in each ml.

I am going to advise you the way others have: You really need a vet to tell you! I have seen disasters with people trying to self medicate their pups without the advice of a vet.
