The potency is double in your package, 120 mg/ml, puppies up to 5 lbs use 60 mg/ml, so divide the dose in half. It says .25 ml of 60mg/ml, so you want to do .125 ml of 120 mg/ml. I am not a vet, so double check my math and view the document yourself, to verify the dosage. Also, watch them for any adverse reactions.
