Have you asked the vet? Are these the only things he lick? Bricks and concrete both have similar ingredients. Some bricks are made of concrete, and all bricks use mortar to join together, all of which contain lime. Lime is calcium oxide, I wonder if his diet is low in calcium? This has got to be bad for him; I would definitely ask my vet about it. Dogs need a lot of calcium, what do you feed?
