Welcome to YT!!!! I got my litle Bella @ 8 weeks... she is such a doll. She ate Royal Canine, Weaning to puppy- its meant for puppies right after they stop drinking moms milk. I would be careful though because the breeder should have given you the food he has been eating, so because he.she didn't you have to ease her into the new food you end up choosing otherwise he might get sick (vomit, diarhea)

Also another thing to be careful about is hypoglycemia because your pup is only 8 weeks old. I am no expert but because Bella was so young she suffered from this and almost died! So be careful make sure she eats and drinks plenty. We also gave her nutri cal which is a supplement filled with calories and important essenitals to prevent hypoglycemia.
