I am so sorry little Autumn had that terrible encounter with the door, but it is a good reminder to everyone about just how dangerous doors are to little yorkies. My family thinks I am crazy but these stories petirfy me and i am so lucky that Ava is very skittish about going through doorways and hestitates and backs away more often than not and it is not because she has ever been hurt. She has never even been stepped on and I really think it is something deep in her intuition passed down from her ancesters like an instinct it is so firmly ingrained.
I hope Autumn heals quickly and gets her cast off soon. She is so cute!
