I give mine a teaspoon of non fat cottage cheese everyday... I need something to mix one of their pills into and non fat cottage cheese or non fat yogurt was suggested, I always use the cottage cheese unless I forgot to get it and then the corner store only sells yogurt so they get that. They love it!
