I say, "She's a Biewer Yorkie" and leave it at that. If they ask further and are truly interested, then I explain further with a condensed version, something like, "Biewers are a variation of the Yorkie that originated in Germany that has an end result of these 3 colors instead of the typical YT blue and tan."
