I agree with Kellie.

Onesies are fine for some dogs (some try to bite through them), but only if your vet approves it. They can rub on the incision and not all vets agree that this is okay.

Because she got to the incision, redness wouldn't be surprising. However, if you have any concern about the way it looks or feels, you vet should look at it. We actually had to have Ellie's looked at twice.
