Can you believe she was turned over to the rescue because she has a double umbilical hernia? The breeder was going to put her down! I just don't understand people. She's scheduled for surgery already to have them repaired on Monday (they are fairly large so the vets don't want to wait too long because she's at high risk for intestinal strangulation). The vet (who specializes in working with yorkies) is going to spay her at the same time.
My dad is over the moon about her! It's really funny to see this big old former cop with the two little dogs. It takes a secure man to see the awesomeness of yorkies
