I know there are several people in my subdivision that let their dogs, big and small out in front of their houses with no leash. Just yesterday, I slammed on my brakes when I saw a little white bichon type dog right at the curb by the mail box. I looked over and saw the owner back by the garage. I would never trust any of my dogs to not see a rabbit or something and run after it. |
