And don't forget, once you set a schedule you really should stick to it everyday. Once he's a little older, you get relax for an hour or two on the weekends. Most are able to hold it. Kaji gets up Mon-Fri at 4:30 or 5, but on weekends he lets me sleep in till 7 or 8.
