She also wont go out herself to go to the toilet, have to pick her up and put her out. Anytime someone comes into the house she jumps all over them and just wont settle down. If i go in and out of the main room she is in(living room) she runs straight to the door to get out and barks and growls when you close the door behind you, its like i have to duck out before she sees!
She also wont let me know when she needs to go out ie. stratch at the door etc, ive tried teaching her this but she still wont do it, there have been a few accidents in the house as a result
Please someone help, im really at my witts end at this stage
Its seems she is very very hyper!
I cant afford a dog trainer as they are really expensive

Okay a couple of suggestions and questions:
1. How much exercise is she getting every day? If she is a high energy dog she is going to need a fair amount. At least one hour a day. If there is a park where you can let her run and run, or better yet play ball with you that would be perfect.
2. Your library should have good training manuals available for loan, or you could buy a video.
3. Sometimes local obedience clubs offer reasonable rates for group classes.
4. House breaking, is repeat repeat repeat. Can be frustrating but okay for two weeks, never fail, every day, after she eats take her out, and give her a command to "go" say wee wee, or pee pee, doesn't matter the words you use, just make them consistent. As soon as she goes reward her with good girl and give her a treat. Every time she wakes up from a nap, same thing, take her outside give her the command to go, praise and treat. Every two hours since her last peepee take her out again.
For sleeping - put her in her crate.
5. For people visiting, put her on a leash, get her under control until she settles down. Even if that means 2 hours. Then let the visitor say hello, if she stays calm then You give her a treat and lots of praise.
If she won't calm down, then crate her, you can keep her crate in the room with you and your guest if you like.
6. Growling and nipping. How have you tried to correct her? Does she know some basic obedience commands, like come, sit, and stay? If not you need to start teaching these.
Mostly training is about a) you being consistent b) timing - the best correction is immediate - just after the infraction c) appropriate to the age of the dog and the situation.
