I would run, not walk to the vet! My Chihuahua had Coccidia when we got her and was put on meds for it and did fine. She was also full of worms but always ate and she was only 5 weeks old. I syringed fed her puppy milk for over three weeks every two hours( would not take a bottle) and she is now 11/2 years old. Please seek the help of your vet!
