If she is 6 mon I'm sure she is not 100% trained then, and with the change of living situation, I'm sure she is a little confused. She could be marking as well, if they are tiny puddles. I have two females here that both mark, one spayed, one not, but they mark on walks only. also since she's fairly young, she probably shouldn't be holding it for too long anyway. Do you have a balcony or porch? Can you make her a potty box with some grass in it? That's helped people before too.
