Ah I know how difficult landlords can be.. I'm currently renting an apartment in Elizabeth, NJ with my boyfriend and the landlord has been nothing but a PAIN! I know in New Jersey tenants have more rights than landlords. Hopefully your mom gets to keep her dog in the apartment!! |
