I can understand the frustration. But if they are going to that level why stop with a 500 dollar fine. why not make it 5,000. Seriously.

I don't understand why some pet owners just wont take the responsibility of cleaning up after their pet. It's part of the package of owning a pet if you want my two cents.

Do I think DNA testing is going to far, not when fines are involved. In video depending on how large the yard is several dogs could go in that area. People could claim a piece was left behind. DNA is open and closed.

I am willing to bet they posted flyers and even went door to door asking all pet owners to clean up after their pets. But one owner is causing a problem for all owners. So they all get a bad wrap. And this is what its come down to.
