Then you may want to live in manhattan beach, santa monica, hermosa beach area if single and young as it is alot of fun and alot of people there. Everyone walks on the beach or rides bikes as there is a huge bike trail from one end to the other. It is great for single life. You are close to Beverly Hills and the City as well. It is safe in those areas for a single girl as well.
