You may want to look for liver shunt groups in the groups section of Yahoo. I joined a couple of Yorkie liver disease related Yahoo groups and they were most helpful. Just like YorkieTalk, The Yahoo groups are free. DJ had his liver shunt closed at 6 1/2 yrs old but he also had kidney problems which eventually caused his death at 7 1/2 yrs old.
