[Lil Bits Mama]

Hello. I am a new member w/a newly diagnosed liver shunt in my 11 mo old, 4 1/2 lb yorkie. I have been reading everything I can find on this, have a wonderful vet, have located the only two surgeons here in TX who do this procedure, and am reading all I find here on this site. I have found that experience is by far the best teacher though. I would greatly appreciate any information, experience, knowledge and tips on this very scary medical road that Little Bit and I have just begun. Your experience may help me make the best decisions for my baby. Thank you and your prayers are greatly appreciated
