Lucas is neutered and I would do this with any pet I had in the future. No matter what someone thinks or says or tries, accidents do happen, dogs get out or get too close to another unfixed dog and then the vicious cycle of irresponsible breeding continues. JMO.

While I do think it is extreme to impose a law to get pets spayed or neutered, I feel at this point in society, with the heinous results of poor breeding practices, overpopulation and therefore the euthanasia of millions of dogs, it has become the only suggestion I have seen that would make even a small difference. Obviously dogs with conditions and health concerns, and approved breeders etc, would be exempt and therefore I feel it would be appropriate for the condition society is currently in. I don't see any other way
