Your vet will give you specific instructions on after care when you pick her up. Usually,the night they come home they are pretty sleepy and may or may not want to eat. I put a baby onsie on mine to protect the incision and stop them from licking it. You will be surprised how quickly they bounce back. Then you have to try an keep them from jumping.
