I was trying to save money one time; Bella HAS to go to my groomer because she has long hair. But Puddie's "just" a puppy cut ... how badly could they mess it up? A LOT. It was a PetSmart, too. But they made me pay for the cut before I was even allowed to see him ... he was kept in the back until I returned with a receipt. I was assured that it was a puppy cut, and yes, he was matted (NOT!) so they had to cut him short.
They should realize that when they do that, they lose customers. Furthermore, when it's so short, it takes longer between visits than if they just trimmed him like I asked.
That was my one and only venture beyond my regular groomer. If I can't afford to get them both done at the same time, I stagger their visits. They won't go to butchers again. |
