I'm still upset about it but I'm sure it will pass. Thanks so much for the words and allowing me to vent. This is my first furbaby and it's devastating to me. I have learned a very valuable lesson. Not everyone view furbabies as babies, they simply think they are dogs. I now know that I must take every step with him as serious as I would if he was my skin baby. I was just so excited that he was going to get professionally groomed I think I overlooked some key points in ensuring he would be handled with extreme care. I may have to mess up his cut a few times as well to get it right
