oh wow... I am so sorry that you and your baby had to go through this. After taking Kobe to the groomers a couple times I just didnt like how he acted after... like he was scared. I started grooming him myself and I'm still learning so sometimes his hair looks JACKED UP!!!
but at least i know that he isn't being mistreated.
I'm glad you are writing them a letter, I would be livid!!! And I'm not one to hold my tongue or my temper... everyone in there would of heard my going off!!
I hope you guys are feeling better now but we learn from these type of things.
