I don't think she looks 100% yorkie to me. Maybe yorkie/schnauzer or something like that. The hair on the face looks wiry. She is very cute no matter what she is!
As for the dominance, it doesn't matter the size of the dog. Even a little dog can be dominant to a big dog.
