In all seriousness...they both trace back to the same lines but were developed in different countries. The Biewer Yorkie is a German tri yorkie that was denied acceptance by the VDH (Germany's equililant to the AKC) and so was labeled a new breed. The parti Yorkie is an American tri Yorkie and is AKC registered.

Partis are tri-colored Yorkies. They can be registered with AKC, but not shown in AKC, but can be in some other venues.
