When we got Precious we were told mom and dad both had a silver coat. I saw pics both "looked" silky. As a puppy I know they're all black and tan but does their puppy coat dictate what kind of adult coat they will have? For example, Her coat is very very thick, but soooooo super soft. Not dry or brittle at all, it's super shiny as well. Is this the standard for both silky and cotton coats?
