Thank you for saying that. I was on the phone all night calling everyone but no one wanted to come see him. All they asked for is to keep them informed. My husband, his brother and their uncle (my father in laws brother) are all going to sign papers and say good bye tonight, but I couldnt get anyone else to come. And you are correct, you can't force them.
