I know exactly what you mean. I can't hardly let mine outside. I told DH they must be part goat. They are nose to the ground, picking up everything they come to. It keeps me so stressed I think I am gonna have a heart attack. We have so many wild things around and trees and mushrooms and acorns,etc so many things that are poisonous to them. Not to mention all the things I have planted over the years (before yorkies) that are poisonous. Our yard is so big (about 5acres) there is no way I can puppy proof it all. I wasn't this stressed when my skin kids were toddlers. But it is so worth every minute of it.
