I own both...and the only difference I can see is one has a tail and one is docked.
In all seriousness...they both trace back to the same lines but were developed in different countries. The Biewer Yorkie is a German tri yorkie that was denied acceptance by the VDH (Germany's equililant to the AKC) and so was labeled a new breed. The parti Yorkie is an American tri Yorkie and is AKC registered.
