I feel like such an idiot. After all the thinking of what we all can do, I never included the mail person into the equation. That is so elementary....I just had a thought. Since you have been so through with all this, why not put together a list of things to do. Right away and lather on. Give a time line on it, so they can follow it. Someone in Long Beach here in Ca just said a person took their dog that drove away in a Camaro. I am sitting here not knowing what to say or tell them to do... Except ask you for help.
