If your vet gave her a clean bill of health, I'm sure your puppy is fine and most likely will continue to be.
Many of us here have bought dogs the very same way you did, without knowing the truth behind where these cute puppies come from. My Ruby is a perfect example of that. But, after joining YT I learned about the mills and when it came time to get our 2nd yorkie, I researched and knew my breeder was a reputable, long time yorkie breeder. And, I didn't help continue to perpetuate the suffering of puppymill breeder dogs.
