DS is home from college for the summer. We have his cat Max with us for the summer too. He stays on the sun porch and we don't let the furbutts out there with him unless we are with them. His litter box and food is out there too. We have been doing yard work this morning and I let the furbutts out there and let Max come in the house. I completely forgot about the litter box(the food is up where Jada and Bogie can't get to it.) I caught Jada eating poop out of the litter box. I don't know how much. I don't think it was a lot.Do I need to be concerned or take her into the vet before they close? She seems fine, but I am worried she will get a bad tummy ache or something.
