here is where it is on link jodi posted and glad it says it amps some as it definitely did dd but i think that is rare so if you see your dog jumping from bed to bed running around agitated then do not give anymore and call the vet to get something different as there are alot of antihistamines available - we ended up having to up the dose she gets of temaril p

Benadryl (Diphenhydramine 25 mg Tablets or 12.5 mg/5 ml liquid)
May cause drowsiness or hyper-excitability!
DOGS: 4-8 ml per 10 pounds or 1-2 tablets per 25 pounds orally 2-3 times a day.
