Default Puppy not eating

You need to get Nutri-Cal. You can get it at any pet store. I even think places like WalMart have it. I bought mine from the vet because it was cheaper. Nutri-Cal is a high calorie palatable dietary supplement for dogs and cats. I first purchased it when I brought home my first yorkie. I now have it for my puppy that I just purchased, who came with giardia, coccidia, and ringworm. All the medications upset her little tummy and she wouldn't eat last night. I put a dab on my finger and she just licked it off. (Comes in a tub like toothpaste.) It kind-of gives them a sugar boost. My older yorkie (17 months) get a sugar high about an hour afterwards. My puppy is 4 months and does weigh 2 lbs yet either. It will make her feel better. Good luck and I hope the baby feels better soon.
