So, her liver is okay right? No protein restrictions there?
If liver etc. is okay...go to the toddler section at the grocery store and find those little mini-hotdogs that are in a glass jar. When my Marcel had giardia (twice, as a puppy) and was really struggling w/ appetite - these were the ONLY things I could get him to eat. You could also get some jarred baby food, like rice or something - so she gets some carbs in her. At this point, you really want to just get calories in her body until the surgery.
