 My First Litter Too
Hi everyone, I just had my 1st litter also and it was soooooooooooo scary. My girl too had discarge prior to whelping. She went into labor on day 59 and had three little babies. I was so afraid as she didnt have any milk in yet , but 20 minutes later there it was. I did have xrays on day 58 to see how many were babies she had inside. I also took her temp during the last two weeks everyday in the morning. She dropped temp aprox 2-3 days before whelping. It fell to 97.6 wow, i new she was getting ready but my Vet said NO WAY, to soon. He said i was just being paranoid. Ha, well so much for paranoia. I was Right, 2 days later here they were.
