I'm FINALLY getting the new little addition to my dog family this week, and would love some advice on how to safely and effectively get my dog and the new puppy acquainted! I currently have a very friendly male yorkie but he's very "in your face" so he might be a lot to handle for the new little girl. What's the best way to get the two little friends adapted to one another?

Also, can my dog (1 1/2 years old) switch over to puppy food again so that they can eat the same food? He's a grazer and likes his food left out so I was thinking having them share might just be the easiest for both of them.
