Remember, a healthy human diet is nutritionally balanced for humans; dogs have different nutritional needs. Unless, the combination of foods is balanced for dogs, you are just feeding table scraps, and this is the worst diet of all. Please consult with a canine nutritionist to learn what percentage of each food you should give, and you will need to add supplements, if you don't use a commercially prepared dog food.
