I'm eligible for an upgrade on my Verizon cell phone and am thinking about the Droid phone. I'm going to stay with Verizon as it is the best service for where we travel. Anyone here have a Droid, and if so do you like it?
I am really looking for a phone that I can text easily - I have the old style phone now where I have to go thru each letter 3 or 4 times to get the letter I want
. I would also like to get a phone that I can access and send email. I am not sure if I would surf with my phone but from what I'm hearing, I still have to get the data package in order to have email-is that right?
Hubby has a blackberry (his crackberry, I call it, lol) and only uses it for email so he may be wasting the money ($29.99/mo) he paying every month. But at the same time, he said that if he could see the screens, he might surf web with his phone.
Verizon has a deal right now, BOGO on the Droid. Any Droids users out there? Thanks in advance.
