Since you aren't getting into the vet right away - in the meantime - you can email that photo to your vet for starters ? I understand cash flow more than I care to say but at least they can look and advise you quickly if you need to get in ? The picture is very clear - it may be nothing or may be something you need to get treatment for asap - better to be safe than sorry if you wait and an email is FREE.
This kind of thing will NEVER take the place of a vet visit I know - but it's something you could do while you gather the money to get her in there - self treating can be scary if you don't know what you're dealing with
